Prolonged and excessive usage of chemical fertilizers over the years has damaged the soil and has significantly reduced the pineapple yield in this plantation from a peak of 24 ton/acre to 9 ton/acre presently. The average pH is about 4.1 - 4.5.

A trial test was conducted on one acre of land with approx. 20000 pineapples using Real Strong Bio-Organic Fertilizers.
